About us

We formed the Real Therapists Group out of a need to provide effective and affordable therapy.
We strongly believe in providing value to clients.
As therapists in our clinic, we collaborate, support, and learn from one another. We also offer additional training for our master-level clinicians.
We are working to become in-network with insurance providers for individuals who want to utilize their benefits.
We love Denver and know it's not the cheapest place to live.
We hope to provide you with transformative therapy without breaking the bank.
The Real Therapists Group is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to individuals – adults and teens.
We also work with couples and families throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
Our practice was founded on a simple but powerful idea:
People heal best when they're met with honesty, compassion, and real human connection.
We understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable step, and we strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring your challenges and working toward your goals.
Located in south Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd), we are committed to serving the community and helping individuals achieve healthy relationships with themselves and others.

What Makes Us "Real"
We chose the name Real Therapists Group intentionally, as we are not AI therapists or ChatGPT.
Too many people have had the experience of sitting with a therapist who feels distant, passive, or overly clinical.
That's not us.
We show up as humans — grounded, present, engaged.
We feel the best therapy feels like talking with someone who truly sees you and sincerely wants you to succeed.
