Brandon Schwartz, LCSW

My therapy journey began in middle school during a painful season marked by bullying, depression, and self-harm.

The therapist who helped me through that time made an enduring impact—inviting me to define my own values, trust my inner voice, and feel safe being myself. That experience planted a seed that eventually grew into my calling to help others heal.

I earned my graduate degree in social work and specialize in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach developed by renowned therapist Terry Real.

I help individuals and couples understand how to:

  • Work with shame that keeps you stuck

  • Work with trauma that keeps us stuck in the past

  • Rebuild trust and emotional connection with your partner and yourself

  • Interrupt inherited relational habits

  • Practice accountability without shame

  • Develop relational maturity and deeper intimacy with others and self

"This work stops generational patterns. You decide what ends with you, and what gets passed on."

I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's in Social Work from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I am a Licensed Social Worker.

In addition, I attended Denver Family Institute, where I received training and a certificate in marriage and family therapy.

I recently completed level I of the Healing Our Core Issues training.

I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families.

Brandon is located at our Denver office
