Brandon Schwartz, LCSW

My therapy journey began in middle school during a painful season marked by bullying, depression, and self-harm.
The therapist who helped me through that time made an enduring impact—inviting me to define my own values, trust my inner voice, and feel safe being myself. That experience planted a seed that eventually grew into my calling to help others heal.
I earned my graduate degree in social work and specialize in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach developed by renowned therapist Terry Real.
I help individuals and couples understand how to:
Work with shame that keeps you stuck
Work with trauma that keeps us stuck in the past
Rebuild trust and emotional connection with your partner and yourself
Interrupt inherited relational habits
Practice accountability without shame
Develop relational maturity and deeper intimacy with others and self
"This work stops generational patterns. You decide what ends with you, and what gets passed on."
I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's in Social Work from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I am a Licensed Social Worker.
In addition, I attended Denver Family Institute, where I received training and a certificate in marriage and family therapy.
I recently completed level I of the Healing Our Core Issues training.
I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families.
